About

I joined Bowling Green State University in 2019. I received my PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

My research interests lie at the intersection of Chemistry and Biology. I am especially interested in the areas of nucleic acid biochemistry, protein biochemistry, peptide/protein chemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, chemical biology, and bioengineering. My research aim is to develop next-generation platform for disease Diagnostics and Therapeutics, especially to study protein-protein and nucleic acid-protein interactions. To realize this aim, my lab are interested in playing with Nature's building blocks, peptide, protein, DNA and RNA, as well as artificial polymers such as PNA.

My recent research has been published in JACS, Theranostics, ChemComm, and Anal Chem etc.
